Sounds like a news and talk format at 0845z. SINPO 35333 via Airspy HF+D and 31' vertical. Generally a moderate to decent copy, but some band noise and fading present. Verified against service's web audio stream.

17600 khz @ 15:42 utc with Holy Quran chanting in Arabic .  Strong signal targeting Central Africa  via Bechar.
