Good reception, French service.  Had it on 11995 until 1900utc, French Naional anthem at 1858 then QRT.

1903 2 OM's on play by play/color analyst coverage

Now off 13740 but back on 11995
1915 2 OM plus YL on match coverage
1916 Goal France 1-0

Cut from one frequency to another? They don't know sports fans. That could have led to the studio being set upon by throngs of angry fans.

I remember it happening here, the Big State U. was playing #1 UNLV back when Jerry Tarkanian was UNLV's coach and a real power in the early 80's. The TV station switched to Ohio State vs. The Sisters of The Poor midway through the first half. The poor engineer was just doing what he was told. By the time the cops down there that crowd was ready to lynch him from the STL tower on top of the building. Never pull coverage of the local team no matter what the network tells you.

BTW, the Good Guy's sent UNLV back to Las Vegas with a loss. Tarkanian said he would never set foot in the state again and he never did. He learned his lesson.
