Half Moon Bay is inhabited by suicidal surfers who leap off the cliffs with their boards to ride huge waves. They're not concerned about FCC
regulations when those big waves are rolling in. Nuttier than the guys who get towed out by jet ski to the Cortez Bank off of SoCal to ride waves in excess of 50 ft with a couple of wrecks to dodge.
