Hi everyone, I have "OR" on  8211.85khz at 0407z. It's now real strong but I can hear it, damn where's my miracle ear tonight. Oh well will have to stick with regular headphones.

I have found if I walk 10-20 ft away from the speaker
my ears can pick out a very weak beacon...

THAT is a great trick.

Stumbled across it while DXing aero NDB's. Heard nothing at the radio, so went and made a tea. From the kitchen I could hear three NDB's that "disappeared" as I approached the radio :o
