Exact frequency is 6939.13 kHz. S9 with the KFS Omni KiwiSDR.

0239  YL singer, barely audible - in and out of static floor with fading.  Lots of band noise.  Just audible at peaks.  Gone 0244.

Very poor to inaudible.
