0345 UTC-I have to listen to the recording later, just a weak carrier on the KiwiSDR I was using. Weak traces of voice on the Maui, Hawaii KiwiSDR now. Good S7 with the Northern Utah KiwiSDR. No sign of anything direct.

0228 - Signal strength is very good (S9+10) at VE6JY SDR near Edmonton, AB but quite a lot of polar flutter observed. There must be Northern Lights pretty far south tonight.

This may be part of the reason why many of us are observing weak reception. It has nothing to do with the modulation level though.
