Weak carrier visible on some east coast SDRs. Not at all present on west coast SDRs. Some music.

It might be our Spanish friends. I will check Europe.

2319 UTC I also have the carrier and some threshold music directly. Unid OTH radar and band noise making for tough copy. The music has a Latin American sound to it. AD149?

I can hear it on Weston-super-mare, southeast England at about the same signal level as the US.

Just checked Brazil. Signal is about the same level but much clearer than North America or Europe. I think that you are right. I will move this to Latin America.
EDIT: well, I would but I would miss your comments. If the mod can move this thread to Latin America, I would appreciate it.

2350 UTC-Carrier on but no audio

Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using an SDRPlay RSP1A for SWL with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet. Kenwood TS-570D for ham use.
