Good signal, s9 + 20. SINPO 55444, moderate fading at times.
Radio Cairo, couldn't find it on any schedules. Listened for ID.
Interesting English language program. News and music.
Female announcer a lot less formal than other state broadcasts. Seems very relaxed and matter of fact, giving her opinion on eqypt state of affairs. Very interesting. Then abruptly jammed at 0327 UTC?

Aoki has this frequency listed as Spanish from 0:45-2:00 then english 2:00 -3:30 UTC. Don't know who the jammer would be though.

Schedules said Spanish, but it was English and very informal, which is what made it is interesting.
