ELECTRONIC WARFARE AND RADAR SYSTEMS ENGINEERING HANDBOOK

A simple google search on Radar Handbook revealed this:

Its is probably the best technical reading material I have ever laid eyes on. It includes tables, conversions, and just everything you could ever want or need to know about radar. Its awesome.

hehe...I am a co-author (one of many) on that publication ;)  For several years it did not have approval for public release, but it has been in the wild now for over a decade.  The reason it was not originally approved for public release had nothing to do with content, but rather the fact it was put together on Navy time with Navy funding.
