International Radio for Disaster Relief? 5910 AM 2305 UTC 9 FEB 2023

Fair reception, sounds like an Arabic/Turkish service.  The web site indicates this is a frequency being used for IRDR broadcasts.

I can not find a broadcaster, doing online research, on this frequency between 2100-0100 utc.  This is one of many frequencies being used by IRDR, this one could be from Woofferton.  The only transmission I can now receive.

2314 Crowd noises
2315 Musical transition
2334 Rotation of speakers continues.
2343 Siren in background of OM talking

Unreinforced buildings. Turkey has had massive death tolls due to earthquakes over the years for that very reason. The people are just about fed up with Erdogan over his do nothing attitude over this latest quake. He's too preoccupied with Kurds in Sweden and his new aircraft carrier.

2300 Just came back on, faint OM speaking.  In correspondence with Woofferton, they are not transmitting this broadcast and no one on staff knew what the broadcast could be as it is not listed/registered.
