29900 FM - 29.900 MHz FM - POCSAG paging signals - 1-3 second bursts
29940 FM - 29.940 MHz FM - Very strong FM-CW over the horizon radar (OTHR), 60 kHz wide 29.92 MHz - 29.96 MHz
29996 FM - 29.996 MHz FM - Carrier on and off, sometimes for 60+ seconds at once, 29.996 MHz
30000 FM - 30.000 MHz FM - FM voice comms, tell-tale 150 Hz western military/NATO tone squelch hum
