- I saw these short calls  USB on the 100 mb RU FB band a few days earlier, but I couldn't tune in or record who is broadcasting. It is a regular sea rescue service with an operational center in Gdynia callsign SPA.
 All GMDSS distress signals from the VHF maritime safety network in the southern Baltic are received there.
I have never heard Polish coastal stations: SPL Distress 2182 USB, SPL Info 2591 USB, SPA Gdynia 3827 USB.
  Maritime communication center HF Witowo Radio on the central coast of Poland works only on VHF.   
The maritime communication center in Rekowo near Gdynia runs only the Rescue service.
It is a pity that the touching Christmas conversations of sailors scattered around the world with their families will not return.
