Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using a Hermes Lite 2 with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet.

Good signal in western NY on 6925

0037 UTC   "W-A-V-E Radio" (woman's voice)
0038 UTC   Some sort of techno mash-up, I don't know what else to call it!
0041 UTC  "W-A-V-E Radio" (woman's voice), sorry WAVE, I don't know these song titles!
0049 UTC   Another ID, there's someone under this signal with talk, sounds like marine communications
0049 UTC   "Big Electric Cat" could be the title
0052 UTC   "W-A-V-E Radio", said twice atop the music
0055 UTC   "Thank you for listening to WAVE Radio", marine comms messing with WAVE's signal
0058 UTC   "Happy St. Patrick's Day, get ready for a great ... warm-up", then "Walking After Midnight" by Patsy Cline
0101 UTC   A different slogan just announced by a man, couldn't quite catch it. Is this WAVE or something else now?, doo-wop music next
0104 UTC   "Johnny B. Goode" by Chuck Berry
0110 UTC   "Rock Around the CLock"
0112 UTC   Seems to be IDing as Grab Hold of Pirate Radio", not sure if WAVE or if a new op
0113 UTC   "Chantilly Lace"

Thanks for the show!

Tuned in at 0051 utc on Brookfield WI sdr with noisy S7 signal, rock music playing, woman saying "W A V E",
Drake R8, Kenwood R-2000, Panasonic RF-4900, Sony 2010, Realistic DX440, Grundig Satellit 500, CB antenna, Mt Prospect, IL 20miles (32km) NW of downtown Chicago. I have been using online receivers because my 7mhz dipole came down in a storm and after my stroke on 3 June 2024 I can no longer get up on a ladder to fix it. Also too much neighborhood noise. williamhassig@yahoo.com
