1559 Suddenly on, OM in English, "The aspirations are so vast.......committee on World War I....." (sounds like end of program in progress)
1600 IRRS Italian Radio Relay Service in Milano signing on (in English), IS
1601 YL Oromo National Radio (in English), then their IS
1602 YL then OM speaking (both in Oromo), several music snippets acting as transitions
1606 OM talking at length
1614 Transition music to YL talking
1617 Transition music to OM talking
