Initially really weak into Masset, but much improved after about 03:30 UTC.  Usual stuff.  Not sure whether an old program or something new.  Perhaps new programming?

Yes!  In the Fall, Josiah gave his snail mail address in California over a couple of nights.  I read somewhere that someone did receive a response to a mailed letter (not QSL, but of religious nature).  ....Walt
