Very good reception, French service.  Can't find this transmission on any online resource - presuming everything has been updated to A23.

1215 Group of OM in long discussion, one may be on phone.
1222 OM talking at exceptionally rapid pace, as if excited/agitated
1228 Unid music, probably French but has an African tempo
1230 YL giving news briefs (?) then off mid-sentence
