0244: Very weak in the noise, not even seeing any movement on the R75 signal meter. Barely audible music.

There was someone who used that frequency in the late fall and winter, but I can't remember who it was. There's a broad, wide band signal, on 4165 that plays Hell w/ everything within 25 khz. of it

Probably X-FM but if it was him I would have some sort of signal direct and he announces his broadcasts before they happen to his email mailing list. 4185 is the 73 meter equivalent to 6925.
