4/24/2023 1059 UTC KJI955 1640 kHz with repeating ID loop. This is supposedly a TIS at the CIA Langley headquarters that does not appear in any FCC nor NTIA databases.
4/24/2023 1059 UTC WRBM347 1640 kHz National Airport DC mixing in with KJI955
4/24/2023 1101 UTC WQKP521 1630 kHz Berks County PA State highway TIS

I hope to update this list as I go through the SDR recordings some more...

You're getting as bad as Andy Yoder, dx'ing TIS stations.

That does explain why Sycko was barely getting heard in the State's while he was booming into a Kiwi SDR on the prairies of Manitoba?
