01:30Z UNID RTTY station with broken 850 Shift unknown Baud RTTY transmission;
01:34Z Nothing else heard;
01:35Z Short burst of RTTY;
01:36Z Station still attempting to send msg. Broken unreadable;
01:37Z Station still attempting to send msg. Broken unreadable;
01:40Z Nothing else heard;
01:41Z Station still attempting to send msg. Broken unreadable;
02:10Z The transmission appears to be a little more solid now. Most likely 75 Baud synchronous and encrypted.

0204: Seemed to be 75  baud but never decoded anything usable.
