Very strong signal, I think the language was Arabic.  I did make out the word "Cuba".

I heard Radio Havana's broadcast in Arabic on 17750 at 2040 UTC about a year ago.  The signal was pounding the meter.
An AM radio Boombox DXer.
+ GE SRIII, PR-D5 & TRF on MW.
The usual Realistic culprits on SW (and a Panasonic).

RHC has been turning up on 12120 lately also. Either the second harmonic of 6060 or a possible (likely considering Cuban operating problems in the past) connection with the spy number station that is on 12120 at 5:00z  a few nights each week. Thats what I love about RHC you never know what to expect from them.
