This would appear to be a continuation of of Capt. Morgan Shortwave from a few minutes ago on 6931.8 - same freq. and type of music.

Does sound like it could be, but if so this is the first time in several years he has fired up the SSB transmitter.

Pretty sure I heard Outhouse Radio ID and "How about ya, Capt. Morgan.", so I think you are right.
