Nice catch! and nice and easy to remember frequency - 6.393.3 or 6393.3 is how is likely shows up on their radio's displays. 

Actually within the 6200 kHz to 6525 kHz marine band (for whatever that's worth).   Going by the 3 kHz "steps", the "legal" (recommended) frequencies near 6.3935 MHz 6393.3 kHz are 6395 kHz and 6392 kHz (6.395 MHz and 6.392 MHz).  So 6393.3 is almost right in the middle, which also is in the user's favor. 

 It's clearly a "cute frequency" (easy to remember one, like 6090 kHz, 6969 kHz, 6959 kHz, 6262.6 kHz, 6543.2 kHz, 7777 kHz, etc.
