UNID 6925 KHz AM 6-30-2013 0330z
« on: June 30, 2013, 0334 UTC »
Hearing music.  Started off with traces of Patsy Cline's "Crazy" then Pink Floyd's "Is There anybody Out There" at 0334 UTC  Sounding good, peaks to +10 over 9.  At the end of the song, carrier dropped 10dB or so.

AM carrier first noticed at 0326z tuning up, vintage cigarette ad, then music - Patsy Cline "Crazy".  Pink Floyd "Is there anybody out there" heard mixing with Patsy Cline at 0333z.  Perhaps two stations on top of each other...No ID yet.

S8-S9 with some fading here. Can be hard to make out at times, but sounds good at the peaks.
Sounded like an Ovaltine commercial and then Teenager in Love
Pepsi Cola Commercial
Donna - Ritchie Valens
Mr. Clean commercial
Pontiac Commercial
People Are Strange - Doors

Building up to S9+ at times. Still with some fading and static crashes.

Now I am losing them. Started to fade and continues to get weaker.
Thanks for the show.

6926 khz AM  S6 - S7  -120 to -130 dBm noise floor  -95 to -90 dBm Carrier - modulation weak?
3:58  - 4:01 ut  Caught bits of Patsy Cline "Cheating Heart"
4:01 - 4:08 ut ? bits of audio - UNID song - songs
4:08 - 4:11 ut Lennon "Imagine" just abouve the static
4:11 - 4:14 ut "Brown Eyed Girl"
4:14 -  UNID audio
4:24 ut Announcer Talking? ID?

I'm getting a lot of SSB (Pescadores) & digital (3 khz wide DRM like) interference in this AM sigs upper side band.
Tried AMS and blocking the USB but the lower side band seems to have the weakest modulation? Deja Vu last nights 6925 AM UNID....

6925.0am, 6-30-13, 35432

Tuned in at 0435z to a S6-S9 signal on the Ewe. Londonbeat's "I've been thinking about you", then Bulletboys "Smooth Up in Ya". As others have reported, the modulation seems low.

UNID 6925 AM 3:27-5:15 6/30/13 SIO 252 Recorder Catch. Sign on without ID into Philip Morris commercial. various musical selections with old commercials. Low modulation and weak signal made for a tough catch at first but the signal picked up a bit around 4:23 for some Moody Blues. before diving to the floor by 4:50 5:15 off.
