Yep, hearing back here north of Detroit. Mostly the TIS. Looking at my spectrum waterfall, I see a total of 16 carriers on and around 1710 right now. 3 are strong compared with the others. I know two are R.C. and the TIS, the other is more than likely W807 out of Chicago.
Radios -- Perseus SDR // SDRPlay RSPdx // Icom IC-7300 // Tecsun PL-660 // Panasonic RF-5000A --Antennas-- Pixel Pro 1B loop - 82' fan-dipole at 40' - tuned MW/BCB 40" loop and 100' receive only dipole

The W807 Facebook page says they are off due to lightning hitting the transmitter during a recent storm.  They must be back though.  On my overnight 1710 recording, they can be heard occasionally rising from the relatively low noise floor last night.  At least it sounds like their station, I didn't catch any announcements.  No signs of Radio Celestial here or the Hudson County TIS station during a few spot checks on the recording.

Amazing. As the night wore on into early morning, 21 carriers counted. Had to get the resolution down far enough as many are butt-up against each other in frequency. There are plenty of low powered stations on 1710. I wouldn't doubt several of those are supposed Part 15 stations too weak to pick out audio, but enough to see them in the waterfall. Some are drifty transmitters and you can see them waver back and forth on frequency. The TIS was fairly strong last night when I posted.
