2340 - Beeps reminiscent of the beeps that were used to indicate that your telephone call was being recorded (a legal requirement back in the day) over music.
2343 - WWV audio over the top of a bed of jazzy saxophone music.          "Jazz to set your clock to." (<--I made that up. )
2348 - Intro track to an old radio show with jazz trumpets, trombone and sax.
2351 - Male announcer: "Welcome to the fascinating world of...."
2353 - "...From the archives of the British Library..."
2359 - a mashup of spacey music and Dr. Benway. (I think.)
0005 - "Send your reports to shortwavemaildrop AT gmail dot com" and then off, I guess.

Yeah, It's gotta be some kind of pissing contest. S5 on the Pittsburgh KiwiSDR. I found it at 2344. The competitors are fading in and out.  The time signal is dominant for a few minutes then the music takes over.  Just heard the announcement for "WWV Fort Colins, Colarado".  Now there's a bit of CW, but it didn't last long enough for me to get a copy.
