I was copying that loud and clear here in NJ. At first I thought it was captin morgan, but then realizing this was in USB only, so it wasn't captin morgan on AM. Any ID?

This could be Radio Jihad. E/mail from them stated they had produced  2 new programs for relay. Altho lack of a Id makes me wonder ?
