Heard after the Radio Echo One relay ended. Sounded like Wireless Fantasy? Good signal, S7.

Recorder Catch on 6925USB

Also heard the music as described by SL and Chris.  This was preceded by CW "QV" repeated 5 times, and what appears to be a reply?  I have stated in a previous post that I wasn't sure if the CW was piratical or not, but each of the 3 times I have heard this CW it was followed in short order by music, as it was again last night.  I don't know if this is mere coincidence or not, but I guess the jury is hung until more evidence accumulates.

JF, I know the song identified (Vladimir Ussachevsky's Wireless Fantasy) and I believe there is CW played at times throughout the song. Maybe this is what you heard?

Actually, that's a great idea and real possibility.  I'll look into it later this evening.  Thanks!

That's what I am doing right now and I do hear "QV". I just ran it through my DM780 program (I don't rely on my CW skills) and it is "QV". Good call! Something I never thought about until you brought it up. Thanks!

It is actually QST instead of QV.
QST is a ham Q-code, meaning 'Calling all stations' or something similar.

REFMO is correct. QST means a general call to all stations and now that REFMO mentions it, it's clear as day. I'm a ham. I should have known that. Good job!
