S9, 45242 - very noisy, otherwise good signal; power dropped after a minute or so, now S7 and I can't understand a thing being said
2239: now S6 from initially S9 and clear(ish)

2242: S8 and intelligible; YL and OM talking "public losing confidence"; signal strength varying widely over a minute or so

Yeah, I just heard it come on at about 2230. S-4 with lots of static on the Pittsburgh KiwiSDR.  Woman's voice speaking now, but the only thing I've understood is "You can't handle the truth!".
