Voice of Korea is the national radio service of North Korea.  It was called Radio Pyongyang until 2002.  According to the Shortwave Broadcast Schedules app, this broadcast is aimed at central and south America.  The transmitter site is alleged to be Kujang, North Korea, although it is actually closer to Hyangsan.
