1345 Tibetan broadcast of what I believe was news

S7 with noise (later entirely covered up by powerful broadcast of China Radio International playing 70's music hits in English on the same frequency)

Radio Free Asia is a private, non-profit corporation funded by the U.S. Congress, with a mission to broadcast unfiltered news to areas of Asia with poor media environments and little, or no, free speech protections.
