- Hello mq4!  Describe your listening in detail. It doesn't matter if we repeat ourselves sometimes. We are not machines and everyone has certain responsibilities, which results in missing reports from some transmissions or late turning on of the receiver.

There was a transmission today, few of them E07 I've been seeing, I thought they might have a message because of the few E07 transmissions, unless they wanted to test their number station.

Are they not operated by SVR? Russia's foreign intelligence service

- in the 10th minute of the transmission (8 minutes of recording), a digital signal appeared on the channel, completely covering the message which was still being read. I recorded it to the end, maybe someone will decode it.
