About 0253, a couple of minutes after Sycko appears to have gone off, a much weaker signal started. Sfx, music and talk but much weaker - just above static floor and barely audible.  0310 came up enough to tell it is electronic music, OM w/ incomprehensible talk, skit or radio drama notable at brief peaks but mostly just barely audible here.

Off or lost it at 0335.
