Tuned in at 2148 utc on Brookfield WI sdr with poor/weak S5 to S9 signal, barely hear audio,

I have been using online receivers because my 7mhz dipole came down in a storm and after my stroke on 3 June 2024 I can no longer get up on a ladder to fix it.
