English service, Excellent reception.  Interesting frequency, I don't recall this frequency being used previously for a two hour block (1600-1800 UTC per short-wave.info) in English for midday on East Coast - was used for French service in 1200 utc hour

SINPO: 44454 with English service to Central Africa via Wooerton with inter view with East Indian national describing the plight of the  Indian citizenry  due to infrastructure / climate issues.
