Good reception at 17:44 into Masset, BC playing Airwaves, by GusGus
So, is this a N American or Europirate?
Answered my own question.  At 17:51, they ID'd as broadcasting from North America
Watching my waterfall, they all of a sudden started dropping frequency down to 21695.  Playing One Love at 17:56 UTC.
