I just caught this too, Toynbee ID repeated at 0114z and into punk song.  0117z ID and off.

I heard a few seconds of OM talk on 6925AM at 0056.  I thought at the time that it sounded like Toynbee, and listening to the recording, it does still sound like him, although I can't make out exactly what is being said.
