  Radio Marquis, Sergei city of Tambov QSO with Kishiniew and others (Sekunda, Łucz) from the third Rajon of Russia. (cold -10C)    Traditional exchange of reports with good audibility  7-8 bałow.
  Also from Tambov in the 3 MHz band  often operates the Mirage station with music.
