55534, S9+_40_; fairly quick fading apparent in spite of extremely strong signal
2139: "Wardance" - Killing Joke; some audio distortion, but maybe that's what was in the source material
2142: electronic dance mx - "War" - Laibach
2146: "Fossilized Light" - Die Form
2149: "You Say You're Happy Now" - Unto Ashes
2155: techno dance mx in German (?) - "Speicherbar" - And One
2159: switching to/from AM <-> FM ? for a few seconds; power dramatically reduced 2200;
2201: carrier gone/OTA

Very good reception, minor fades.  I'm thinking this could be Sternradio but had not heard on this frequency previously.

I have it with a fair/good (S6-7).  Signal fades/enhances.  Playing techno dance tune.
