Radio Totse 6925 USB 1053 UTC 25 Aug 2013
« on: August 25, 2013, 1053 UTC »
Hearing some faint music.
[Checking the SDR recording, I started to hear audio perhaps as early as 0850, certainly by 0905]

1057 Possible ID
1107 ID?

Really at the noise floor.

Went back and checked the SDR recording, found the SSTV at 1047, Scottie DX mode:

Gone here by around 1120. The Sun has been up too long.
Hmm... seems to be back around 1140, unless it is someone else I am hearing?

Recorder Catch on 6925USB

0852 First audio noted, either PSK tone or SSTV, hard to say.  Tent OM ID followed.

Mostly JBA from time to time here.

1004 Solid ID noted.
1047 SSTV noted.
1100 Audio was only sporadic after this

Here's the Strength History (6 hrs prior to 1224z) in Chicago

In previous receptions of RT, I have been seeing a nice peaking of the signal around local SR, and that just didn't happen today.  A pretty definite s/on can bee seen at around 12700 seconds prior to 1224 (0852z), and the SSTV block is also pretty obvious.

Thanks Dak!
