SDR recording catch.

I am not sure what this is, is it a pirate, or some sort of spur from a MWBC station?  It's right on 1710.0 kHz however.

2128 First started to get some brief audio, only on the short fade-ups.
2132 OM speaking
2134 Advertisement for something, gave a website URL but impossible to decipher.. then Beatles "Eleanor Rigby"... as intro music into a talk radio segment?
2140 OM "...that is how they operate..."
2142 Talking about Lee Harvey Oswald, mention of relative in the New Orleans mob.
2143 "...Democrats blaming on the mob... smoking gun"
2145 Fading in and out quite a bit, very good reception/audio when the signal is strong. The programming sounded like talk radio, some mentions of the Federal Reserve.
2201 Some music briefly heard, for a few seconds
2202 More music? Sounded like a Christmas tune for a few seconds? Lots of fading.
2203 Now just hearing the Hudson County TIS Of Doom.
