Yeah, I can't hear anything on 4015 on either of 2 radios, and nothing visible in waterfall.

Moved up to 6950 and now WDDR weak S3 signal with noise unable to make out what he said.
0203: Signal is getting slightly better with (The Angels Wanna Wear My) Red Shoes by Elvis Costello.
