Fraser beacon, morse code "F" testing on 8261 KHz.

On 1400-ish to 0500-ish UTC.

250mW into an inverted vee dipole.

QTH is near Vancouver, BC.

May go down for tweaks and maint.

For the ease of listening of CW by ears and not Argo, I have made the following changes to "F":

- Speed increased from QRSS-1 to ~6WPM
- Letter + pause frame now ~4 seconds, down from 10.

F at 1451Utc  5-6 ids then SSB faded up and F was no more
