2020 and early S9+  this is the first time I hear this callsign. Is it Echo of Hope - VOH from  Korea?

Hi Kris - Wish you a prosperous New Year! I have listened to both your audio files and wondered whether it is the interval signal from North Korea (KCBS Pyongyang)?
Certainly does not sound to me like Echo of Hope VOH (clandestine broadcasting to North Korea).
