19:05 UTC - Russian Navy RTTY station, 200/50. Good readable. Could not decode any readable data (presumed encrypted).

Note: The station is registered as Russian Navy Sevastopol, Ukraine. With the on-going conflict between Russia and Ukraine, I wonder if this station is still transmitting from Ukraine or was relocated.
