Good reception, some noise
Thanks for Maxwell's name, JustGreg.  KIPM has been relayed by operators recently - Undercover Radio and CSR to name just a pair.
0005 Music, tones, talking
0008 Skit like reading, Sounds familiar
0016 Music followed by more reading, I know I heard this OM talking previously
0022 Getting noiser  :(
0024 Maxwell talking but mainly below noise floor now, thanks for broadcast.
0027 Some decent peaks now - OM "Natural forces...."  "A reader (?) before he was a writer (?)..."
