7CPK on 3718 kHz

1449 UTC 1/31/24, heard "7CPK" in CW repeated many times on 3718 kHz at about 18 WPM.  Weak signal likely from the west.  Stopped at about 1451 UTC.

Hi.

Most likely Russian military, not a numbers station.
