Nice catch N2MLP.

26.765 MHz AM is one of my "early warning" indicators for activity on 11 meters as well as VHF low band.  Taxi dispatch activity on there is a good indicator of a band opening on 10 meters and higher frequencies.  I usually will check for taxi dispatch comms on:

31.200 MHz FM [203.5 Hz PL tone] taxi cab dispatch

32.180 MHz FM [77.0 Hz PL tone and 141.3 Hz PL tone] taxi cab dispatch
32.940 MHz FM [77.0 Hz PL tone and 141.3 Hz PL tone] taxi cab dispatch

plus

36.500 MHz FM [74.4 Hz PL tone] taxi cab radio dispatch radio system
38.660 MHz FM [173.8 Hz PL tone] taxi cab dispatch radio system

31.2000 MHz FM 203.5 Hz PL has been heard by DXers since at least 1988.

32.18 MHz and 32.94 MHz (both PL tones) are all part of the same taxi dispatch system, confirmed Costa Rican land mobile radio, specifically Alajuela Costa Rica.

30.450 MHz FM - 150.0 Hz tone (military tone, most receivers will decode it as 151.4 Hz) wideband FM deviation is Fort Hood Texas Range control, which is another "early warning" indicator.  I also check 25.950 MHz FM [CSQ, no tone] for an unmodulated FM carrier, as well as 26.110 MHz FM [sometimes CSQ, other times 233.6 Hz tone has come across, unsure if its a false decode or not].  25950 FM transmits 24/7/365, making it a nice "beacon".

26.7650 MHz AM taxi cab dispatch coming in all day today.  Signal strength seems to be steadily improving.  YL dispatcher.  March 15th, 2024.

At 1850 UTC, I am able to hear the taxi cab drivers replying to the dispatcher on frequency.
