27815 AM 27815 kHz AM 27,815 27.8150 MHz AM taxi cab radio dispatch Latin America likely Mexico Mexican taxi cab radio land mobile communications system, YL dispatcher SIO 222, weaker than usual when the band is open. 

Some minor SSB QRM, also Spanish language, freeband CB radio chatter. 

27.815MHz is Channel 36 up one band, or Band E on most export radios.  27.365 MHz CB channel 36 up one band is 27.815 MHz.
