(Signal dropped down a bit but still solid above the noise)

0143: Fade into You by Mazzy Star.
0151: Signal has dropped to a barely readable S5 due to the high noise floor.

Tuned in at 0206 utc on Brookfield WI sdr with fair S9+10 signal, woman singing, heard a dog whining, at 0209 long dog/wolf howl,
