2354 The signal is rather broad on the SDR display.  I  think it may be a relay by Mix  Radio International.  But, not  sure.

Tuned in at 2349 utc on Brookfield WI sdr with weak S7 signal, hear music under the noise, tried other sdr's east, west and Canada but only the Carlton Place Ontario sdr equaled the Brookfield WI sdr, off air at 0045.
